there is no doubt that the bikini is nice however the discoloration is no fault of the designer or the model it is the stage setting and lighting. If you were there you would have seen how beautiful and well tone she really is.

Could be the lighting
You could be right but the huge complexion disparity could be about where she stood in relation to the lighting in the venue or the flash on the camera was focused too low down her body.

HUGE COMPLEXION DISPARITY
She looks nice in the bikini, but she the designer should have had her go to the tanning salon first to even out her skin color. There is a MARKED different between the color of her face and neck and the color of her torso.
